The first floor of this landmark building has had its own makeover.

Three out of six units have now been let and are due to start trading by the end of the month.

The remaining shell unit sizes range from 161 sq ft up to 990 sq ft; these are available on flexible terms incorporating either a short term licence agreement (minimum 12 month term), or longer commercial lease.
